BPI

industry. For over 10 years BPI has offered expertise in product
development for a wide range of products. BPI Labs does not
private label its own products or stock any finished
inventory. Our complete
in-house lab services, researches and creates unique,
customized products including skin care, hair care, nail care, and many
other health and beauty aid products.

BPI Labs provides a complete in-house lab to research, formulate, and develop new
products. We are Dedicated to quality in product and service through
strict adherence to good manufacturing practices and standards.
We offer product
development and research services including formulation, stability
testing in both a turn key and non-turnkey environment
We
can pre-ship samples, along with micro-biology test results if
applicable. Turn-around on samples is often a matter of weeks not
months.

Contract Manufacturing
|
We have over 30,000
square feet of complete full service contract manufacturing space.
Products range from:
- Hair care, shampoos,
conditioners, gels
- Skin care, oils,
masks, creams, lotions, waxes
- Nail lacquers,
salts, powders, pastes, semi-solids, lip balms
Manufacturing equipment
capacity range from 110 gallons to 3000 gallons. Manufacturing
vessels are 316SS fully jacketed kettles with low pressure water for
heating and 4c/40deg. chilled water for cooling.
Our manufacturing
vessels range from atmospheric tanks with propeller and sweep mixing
capabilities to portable phase vessels. We have a full line of
auxiliary equipment including drop in homogenizing, ribbon blender,
cowls blades, and V blenders.
All transfers are by
sanitary electric variable speed positive displacement pumps. |

Filling and Packaging
|
At BPI Labs Products
can be delivered in bulk or filled. We have a complete sanitized
and quality controlled packaging department.
