Technical Director: Developing, improving and customizing the formulation of new products as required for BPI customers; Develop and validate all associated methodologies surrounding newly formulated products; Compile and analyze test information to determine process efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions; Responsibilities also include developing and validating to the point of production transfer, all methods and procedures that are required to successfully manufacture and control new products in compliance with all GMP and regulatory requirements; Other duties include preparing the lab, pilot, and production scale batches including fully documenting and summarizing all results, findings, recommendations, methods of manufacture, methods of testing, and any other appropriate items, according to GMP and BPI SOP�s; Also requires organizing all of the research and development and quality control functions, as well as perform trouble-shooting compounded batches.
Requires: MA in Cosmetic Chemistry
